Mtre. Boucher has been a member of the Quebec bar since 2014. She specializes in civil and commercial litigation and regularly pleads before all courts in the province of Quebec. Her expertise is mainly oriented towards insurance law, construction law as well as civil and professional liability.

Since the beginning of her practice, she has represented a wide range of clients and insurers, particularly in the construction industry, such as clients, engineers and architects and specialized subcontractors. Mtre. Boucher has developed an expertise in complex multi-party litigation, such as in construction and design defects claims as well as delay and cost impact claims on major construction projects.
